My favorite kale salad

Kale is one of my favorite things to eat! Its’ super high in Vitamins K, A, & C.  Vitamin “K” is sometimes called the “forgotten vitamin.  It’s got like over 1000% of the daily recommend allowance of Vitamin K which is especially good for creating strong bones and preventing heart disease.
